The Law amends clause 2 of the Law "On Priority Actions to prevent Negative Consequences of Financial Crisis, and on Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine", excluding the provision, whereby "government stocks of Ukraine are subject to obligatory retirement by the National Bank of Ukraine, particularly by credits of specific purpose of the international financial organizations, at par value within five banking days since the proposal of retirement was received."
